Based on our philosophy, our olive trees grow without any use of chemical fertilizers, growth stimulants and pesticides, for this very reason we end up with an excellent quality organic virgin olive oil!
We really care about...
For our olive trees and we give them more space to grow than usual. The most common practice for farmers is to plant each olive tree every three metres. Our olive trees are spaced 5 meters apart. We want to hear the wind rustling the leaves. Believe it or not, it's the way the trees talk to us.

For the environment. We are constantly striving for a completely environmentally friendly agriculture, with sustainable practices, to protect and preserve nature for future generations. To seal this effort, we have applied to BIO HELLAS for certification in accordance with the regulations of the European Union. However, we have to be a little patient as the granting process takes three years.
We really care about...
For our product. You can recognize a very high quality olive oil when its polyphenol content is high and its acidity is low. The valuable polyphenols are found in higher concentration in the unripe olive. Therefore, our extra virgin olive oil is "earned" from the unripe olive of the Koroneiki variety and we constantly strive to improve the quality. It is also important to know: unripe olives carry only one third of the olive oil content compared to ripe olives. Also, Apirooil extra virgin olive oil is cold extracted immediately after harvesting and is not filtered in order to preserve its aroma and nutrients!
